In 2011, David Grimes and Bryan Shlager started B&D Sales and Marketing to provide a service for pet specialty manufacturers to go to market in a mass retailer industry. B&D Sales has successful gain two out of the top five supermarkets (mass retailers) in the United States, that being Ahold Delhaize (Stop and Shop, Giant, Peapod, Hannaford, and Food Lion) and Publix. Some smaller regionals players they have would include Tops Markets, Price Chopper, Market Basket, Big Y, K-Mart, Shop-Ko and much more.
This private sales and marketing firm and brokerage goal are to enhance the sales and profits of the company. They have thirteen incredible employees who help live out their vision and success of the company. They range from Northeast to Tri-State to Mid-West to South regions in the United States. We are just as interested and hardworking as the manufacturers to ensure and strive for the long-term success for them.




The vision of B&D Sales is to continue to provide a platform for pet manufacturers, regardless of size, as well as to bring their products to market in the food drug mass channel. Our long-term goal is to provide this same service and quality to other manufacturers who seek guidance and growth in the food and drug mass channel.
